Ms. Condit practices in the area of commercial/business litigation. Ms. Condit has defended civil actions in state and federal courts in the following areas: construction defect, products liability, personal injury, RICO, premises liability, real estate, insurance law, and employment law.

Ms. Condit received a B.A. degree from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois, in 1997. Ms. Condit received her law degree from the University of Colorado in 2000. While attending law school, Ms. Condit served as a student law clerk for the Honorable Edwin Ruland of the Colorado Court of Appeals and worked for the Colorado State Attorney General's office. Ms. Condit's legal background also includes approximately 5 1/2 years of general civil defense and commercial litigation at the Colorado law firm of Overturf & McGath, P.C. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
