Ms. Olenginski is a registered patent attorney practicing in the field of intellectual property law. Her practice includes the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technical fields. Ms. Olenginski has prepared and prosecuted patent applications extensively in the following art areas: software; computer hardware; signal processing; drug delivery systems; image processing; IP telephony; medical devices; circuits; automotive technologies; bearing devices; braking systems; brazing; metallurgy; optics; and semiconductors.

Ms. Olenginski received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and received her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Olenginski served on the student editorial board of The Business Lawyer and interned with the Office of Technology Transfer at The National Institutes of Health.

Ms. Olenginski previously practiced with an IP boutique firm in Washington, D.C. She is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is also licensed to practice in Maryland and New Jersey.
